A nationally known plastic closure manufacturing company was looking for a more efficient way to feed, orient, and assemble three piece sports caps at a high production rate.
 
Hoppmann successfully designed and built a three (3) piece sports cap assembly system that accurately places and assembles spouts and overcaps onto bases at speeds of 500+ parts per minute. This system inspects each assembled cap before proceeding downstream for further processing. Hoppmann Corporation provided the customer with an economical sports cap assembly system that has resulted in substantial production cost savings. Combining flexibility of design, accessibility for ease of maintenance, and minimum changeover.
