An international customer needed to combine two sizes of cereal containers (small - 10gm and large - 16.5gm) with sealed 150gm yogurt cups.
 
Hoppmann used a trough prefeeder which helped gently meter the filled cereal containers into the feeder. The feeder oriented and singulated the parts, and released them onto gravity rollers, where the part “hung” between the two rollers and were released into a “C” track, which inverted the parts to a top down position. An air conveyor relayed the parts to the assembly turret, where they were joined with the filled yogurt cups before being released to downstream equipment
