A long time customer needed to replace and update their existing Hoppmann Spout Feed and Stack systems.
Hoppmann located some of the wear points from the original system and improved on the design. A new design was created for the rotating placement heads, and a Servo Drive was added to the indexing turret for better product control and accuracy in part counting. Hoppmann also implemented a change creating an additional input lane, upgrading the system from a single to dual infeed and increasing the overall ouput rate of the system. Worn-out systems were replaced and the existing systems still in operation were retooled with the changes.
